It was an article on the benefits of sweating done by a fella named Dr. Ernst Krebs, a Biochemist from Germany. There's still pollutants in the environment to consider , no matter how careful you are w/ yourself…..
or you could just not eat crap food and not put the toxins in your body in the first place
So is it the effect of sweating or just exercise?
I hate to sweat, it ruins my eye makeup.
I'd LUUUUUV to lose weight w/o working out! Cool stuff cool blog.

Krebs' father was a San Francisco physician who happened upon amygdalin while looking for a substance which would improve the taste of bootleg whiskey. After learning of its previous use in Germany, he began to promote it as a cancer treatment. The son purified the amygdalin into laetrile, and continued his father's promotion of the product as a drug to cure cancer.[2]
